Description / Application
It is a blend of Phenoxyethanol with efficacy boosting Ethylhexylglycerin. With its primary registered function being a skin conditioning agent, Ethylhexylglycerin improves the quality of cosmetic products while reducing the reliance on preservatives.The effective pH range is between 3.0 – 9.0 and the maximum process temperature is 80°C. The EU cosmetic regulation limit is 1.11% maximum.
